Leading With Teams provides seven sessions on how to better lead, identify and build leadership teams within the ministry for ministry success.

The object of this module is to help ministry leaders develop a diverse leadership team approach to achieve ministry success by building the three key elements of a leadership team.

Team Leader: Participants will learn how to effectively lead and build a team.

Team Vision: Participants will learn how shape and impart a vision.

Team Members: Participants will learn how to build and mobilize a leadership team.
