This module is unique in several ways. It is a training tool to equip Christian leaders to train other Christians for leading team projects. This material also challenges and inspires leaders to personally reach their fullest potential as team project leaders.

-Leading Team Projects provides seven sessions on how to better lead, identify and build project teams within the ministry for ministry success.

Main Objective

The object of this module is to help ministry leaders develop a team approach to lead team projects and achieve ministry success by building the three key elements of a team project:

Project Objective: Participants will learn how to develop the projects purpose, vision, and mission.

Project Leader: participants will learn how to become an effective coach and role model.

Project Leader: participants will learn how to select, place, and build a project team.
